RAPID WEIGHT LOSS

4 servings per day - VLCD diet, lose weight while in ketosis. (500 - 800 kcal per day)

QUICK WEIGHT LOSS

3/4 servings per day and a healthy meal made from our list below. (Up to 1000 kcal per day)

STEADY WEIGHT LOSS

2 servings and 2 small healthy meals. See our meal list below. (1000 - 1200 kcal per day)

5:2 PLAN

4 servings a day for 2 non-consecutive dieting days per week. Eat healthily for the remaining 5 days. (2 days per week at 500 kcal per day)
